In line with the most recent Government advice and guidance the KBW Immigration team are now operating all services remotely. Our barristers and staff have the latest technology in place so we can (i) continue to provide our normal level of service during this unprecedented time, (ii) respond to requests from the IAC for hearings to be conducted remotely whether at short notice or otherwise (iii) answer queries about our availability to deal with CMRs and IAC Directions.
We are continuing to liaise with all courts and the judiciary to ensure that as many hearings as possible go ahead or are case managed appropriately. Members of Chambers have already been successfully conducting hearings and conferences remotely. Chambers can organise and host remote meetings securely and effectively for multiple attendees and with minimal notice. The team are also fully operational in a paperless environment and ask that, wherever possible, instructions and supporting documents are sent in electronic form by email.
The immigration team are acutely aware of the complex difficulties clients will be facing during the current crisis and are determined to assist with innovative solutions. The safety of all here at KBW, clients and colleagues alike, as well as our continuing dedication to provide the very best advice and advocacy, remain our highest priorities.
If you would like to discuss any ongoing or new matter or set up a remote video conference with any member of the Immigration team, please contact our clerking team. We wish you all well.
