Sam Sharp secures an acquittal of a Burglary Case at Sheffield Crown Court. : 8th of November 2024

Sam Sharp - instructed by Samantha Lindley of Number 1 Law has recently secured the acquittal of a defendant accused of a dwelling burglary following a three-day trial at Sheffield Crown Court

The Defendant, whilst accepting he entered the property indicated at the time he had no intention to steal rather that he had entered the property in order to seek a place to hide due to a perceived belief that others were trying to attack him.

The Jury upon hearing all the evidence brought back a verdict of not guilty.
