Pupillage

KBW Chambers is a member of the Pupillage Gateway the online pupillage application scheme promoted by the Bar Council.

Any applications for pupillage with us must be made via the Pupillage Gateway and we will advertise any pupillage vacancies on the Pupillage Gateway website.

Mini Pupillage
A limited number of mini pupillages are available with us each year.

Mini pupillages are available for three days (usually Monday to Wednesday) to applicants aged 18 years or over. Applications are considered throughout the year, although typically mini pupillages during holiday periods are allocated well ahead of time.

All applications must be made using our mini-pupillage application form (which is available to download below) and will be considered in accordance with fair recruitment good practice.

All successful applicants are required to sign a confidentiality undertaking before commencing their mini pupillage.

Equality and Diversity
KBW aims to be an inclusive organisation where clients, members, pupils and staff are treated with respect and dignity.

All aspects of Chambers recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Bar Standard Board’s Fair Recruitment good practice and we are committed to ensuring that all applications are treated fairly irrespective of age, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, disability, gender reassignment, and sex.

Applications for pupillage from members of communities traditionally under represented at the Bar are positively encouraged.

To apply for a mini-pupillage, please complete the application form and email it to pupillage@kbwchambers.com
