Peter Glenser KC and Adrian Strong secure murder conviction.

Peter Glenser KC and Adrian Strong, instructed by the CPS, successfully secure the conviction for murder of a defendant who 'launched a sustained and brutal attack' on a 63-year-old man who intervened to try to prevent a violent attack on his neighbour's home.  The defendant's claim of acting in self-defence was rejected by the jury.  The defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 22 years.
