On 6 December 2018 Gregory Jones QC, Richard Honey, Roxanne Frantzis and Manisha Marwaha will be delivering a Judicial Review seminar. The seminar will be aimed at providing both public sector and private practice solicitors with an update on a number of important but difficult points which regularly arise in all fields of public law. The seminar will be aimed at giving practical advice based on the speakers extensive professional experience of judicial review.
The topics to be covered are:
- Gregory Jones QC: legitimate expectation
- Manisha Marwaha: grounds of judicial review; permission applications and responses
- Roxanne Frantzis: applications to amend the statement of facts and grounds; limitation
- Richard Honey: disclosure, the duty of candour and cross-examination
The seminar will commence with registration over tea and coffee from 5:30pm. The seminar itself will start at 6pm and will include a panel Q&A session. There will be a drinks reception after the seminar.
