Damian has been invited, along with Justice Doherty, HHJ Heywood and Professor Saul Lehrfreund MBE to consult, facilitate and hold workshops with the Judicial and Legal Training Institute in relation to sentencing offenders for what were previously capital offences and appropriate procedures for case management and handling vulnerable witnesses in the Sexual Offences Model Court.”
